Gene Bergfield and Jim Reed will be offering cabbing classes. If you're interested, please sign up at the next meeting.

Beginning cabbers complete a cabochon from a stone of their choosing. Here are cabs from a recent inroductory class.

Students learn to use a cab machine, which has six wheels with different grit strength on each wheel:

Advanced cabbers complete more complex shapes:

Other Classes and Interests
If you have skills and would like to teach a class or would like to learn a new skill from another member, contact Cindy.

Make an appointment to meet Jim at the shop & learn the art of cabbing and rock cutting. He also has silversmithing skills and recently took a course on Intarsia.

Cindy can teach bead stringing and knotting as well as making glass beads and fusing.

We're sure there are others out there with talents to share.
